​​ General (Active) Membership​

​Membership fees: 
For a year:
200 riyals
For two years: 300 riyals

​​Associate ​Membership

​Membership fees: 
For a year:
100 riyals
For two years: 150 riyals

​​​Student Membership

​Membership fees: 
For a year:
50 riyals
For two years: 70 riyals

​​Honorary Membership​

​This membership is granted and there is no fee to pay to obtain it.

​General (Active) member

The General (Active) member has the right to:

First: Participate in the activities of the Association.
Second: Access to the association's documents, including decisions issued by the Assembly, whether from the General Assembly, the Board, the Administrative Officer/Executive Director or others
​Third: See the general budget of the Association and its annexes at the Assembly's headquarters and well before it is presented to the General Assembly
​Fourth: Attending the General Assembly.
​Fifth: Vote on General Assembly resolutions if he spends six months from the date he joins the Assembly.
​Sixth:  Receive basic information about the association's activities periodically.
​Seventh: See the financial records and documents at the association's headquarters.
Eighth: Call the General Assembly to convene an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the
members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.
Ninth: The member may address the Assembly with a letter from which he or she will address the Board, and the Assembly may address the member with a letter issued by the Board or authorized by the Board to be handed over to the member in person, or sent to him through any of his addresses listed in the membership register.
Tenth: Acting in writing to a member to represent him in the presence of the General Assembly.
Eleventh: Applying for membership of the Board, at least six months after the date of joining the
Association and paying the subscription.
Twelveth: For a general member to address the Association through any means available, and the Board or its delegates must provide the answer through the same means or through its address registered in the membership register.
Thirteenth: Full voting privileges in all elections and matters open to the general membership.

​The General member of the association must:

First: Be a health practitioner in midwifery and meets the ICM definition of “midwife”.
​Second: Has a valid registration with SCFHS.
​Third: Payment of an annual subscription to the Association of (the Board shall determine it later in a separate policy) in Saudi Riyals.
Fourth: Cooperation with the association and its members to achieve its goals.
​Fifth: Not to do anything that would harm the Assembly.
​Sixth: Compliance with General Assembly resolutions.
​Seventh: To be a resident of Saudi Arabia.

​Associate Membership

​An Associate member has the right to:

​First: Participate in the activities of the association.
Second: Receive basic information on the association's activities periodically every fiscal year.
Third: Examine the documents of the association and its documents.
​Fourth: An associate member may address the association through any available means, and the Board or whomever it authorizes must provide the answer through the same means or through his address registered in the membership register.
​Fifth: No voting privileges.

​An Associate member of an association must:

​First: Pay an annual subscription to the association in the amount of (to be determined by the  Board in a separate policy) in Saudi Riyals.
​Second: Cooperating with the association and its members to achieve its goals.
​Third: Not to do anything that might harm the Association.
​Fourth: Compliance with the decisions of the General Assembly.

​​Honorary Membership

​Student Membership

​The member in Student Membership

First: Any member residing in Saudi Arabia and actively registered as a midwifery student, or any Saudi citizen studying midwifery abroad with the intention of returning to Saudi Arabia to practice midwifery 
Second: Limited voting privileges in elections and matters open to the general membership where the Board or general membership has voted to include students in the vote.

​​The member in Honorary Membership

​First: An honorary member of the association shall be whoever the General Assembly deems to grant him an honorary membership in return for his material or moral contribution to the association.
​Second: An honorary member is not entitled to attend the Board's meetings.
Third: The honorary member is not entitled to request access to any of the association's documents and papers, to attend the General Assembly, or to nominate himself for membership in the Board, and his presence does not prove the validity of the meeting.
Fourth: The honorary member may address the association through any available means, and the Board or whoever it authorizes must provide the answer through the same means or through his address registered in the membership register.
​Fifth: No voting privileges.
